I asked the waitress for “the drink that gets set on fire,” which I had seen during my last dinner at Founding Farmers. Apparently there are two, one being the Sazerac (under Founding Farmers’ “Prohibition-Era Drinks” section!) and the other being the Clementine, which is (as described on their menu) made with “clementine and chili-infused Reposado Organic Tequila, Benedictine, lime and pineapple juices, and agave nectar.”

Next up, the part with the fire in question… 😉
