I tried the Kotteri Ramen at Kahoo  after a leisurely hike with my family on Saturday. When I’m home, I usually stick to Santouka (and it’s been so long since I’ve been to Orenchi to compare that), but this was a pretty good substitute. I liked the soft-boiled egg and the texture (“QQ” hahaha) of the noodles, but the broth wasn’t quite as meaty as I usually like (though it was quite salty, being miso-based) and the pork could be more thinly sliced. Overall, though, this was a great value for lunch.
