The Totto Ramen pork paitan broth was the best ramen broth I’ve ever had, including all the ramen in Norcal and Taiwan. SO flavorful and meaty, creamy and savory…though the eggy noodles, thin slices of pork, and the addition of corn were all incredible, the broth definitely made the long wait worth it. I will definitely be staking out a place outside Totto next time!

Ahh, finalllllly, a bowl of ramen 🙂 It’s been way too long!
