There is a long line at this wheel cake stand in Gongguan, but the chelunbing (車輪餅) that you see patrons hurriedly eating out of paper bags are absolutely worth the wait. Twice the size of your average wheel cake, these chelunbing are filled with red bean or vanilla-scented custard/cream filling.
