I explained takoyaki (or grilled octopus balls) here. Here, the only comment I have is that it’s absolutely delicious, the perfect savory street food. Be careful not to scarf them down in one or two bites since the centers are extremely hot. My advice is to take a bite and let the rest cool a bit while you work on not being scalded by the first mouthful.
