Though I’m not usually crazy about pho, Madame Jill’s Vietnamese Cuisine in Gongguan satisfied a recent craving of mine for Vietnamese noodle soup, fragrant with green onions, mint, and lime, and the meaty broth glistening with oil. The bean sprouts add a most satisfying crunch to liven each bite of soft noodles and chewy meatballs – a great pre-dinner snack as well.
