Hailing from Japan, Mos Burger crafts delicious burgers that conveniently and deliciously deliver lunch in “just-right” portions (miniature by US standards). While this does you no good if you crave an authentic “double-double”, I think the Mos Burger is a playful, creative spin that modifies the fast-food favorite to especially suit Taiwanese tastes, with the rice patties (in addition to traditional hamburger buns), grilled beef, fried chicken, pork cutlets, and XO sauce.
